Do I need to pay for a consultation?

Consultations are free of charge. Please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.

Can I request only tour planning?

After hearing your requests, we will provide a quote for the planning fee. You may also contact us via the inquiry form for this service.

Application

Do you offer group package tours?

We do not offer group package tours (organized group tours). Our company specializes exclusively in private, tailor-made tours for individuals, families, and small groups.

How many days before departure can I apply?

There is no fixed deadline, but flights and hotels may become fully booked or highly expensive as the departure date approaches. We recommend contacting us as early as possible.

I’m worried about trouble or illness during the trip.

We recommend considering a private guide or tour escort for added peace of mind. Please also be aware that medical expenses overseas can be extremely high. Be sure to purchase adequate travel insurance for medical emergency.

Payment

What currency do you accept for payment?

While we may provide estimates in your currency, the final payment must be settled in Japanese Yen into our company’s bank account.

At the Destination

What should I do if a typhoon occurs on the day of departure?

If your scheduled transportation (flight, train, etc.) is canceled due to a typhoon and no alternative means are available, making it impossible to continue your trip, the trip shall be cancelled and the costs for unconducted portion of your trip will be refunded, subject to cancellation fees.

Do I need to tip guides or drivers?

In Japan, tipping is generally not customary. However, if you feel that your guide, driver, or ryokan staff provided excellent service, small gratuities are appreciated.

Can I change destinations or cancel parts of the itinerary locally?

Because our tours are fully private, possible adjustments can be made to your itinerary based on your interests, mood, or physical condition. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
