This historic arch bridge is not yet registered as a world heritage but attracts many tourists throughout a year.
Because of the width of the river the bridge consists of five arches. This is a wooden bridge named “Kintaikyo”, originally built in 1673.
You can look up the beautiful wooden works from the river bank. It’s in Yamaguchi Prefecture but you can reach within an hour from the famous “Miyajima” in Hiroshima so don’t miss it!!
